Has It Been A Year Already?

Hello Sylvie's Place Members,

Peter and I are off to New Orleans the day after our club night for the fabulous French Quarter Festival, so what better way to get prepared than an exciting evening with the John Maddocks Jazzmen.

How can it possibly be a year since we welcomed the John Maddocks Jazzmen to our club??

After the huge success of last year's appearance, Sylvie's Place is happy to welcome them back and I'm sure they will not disappoint.

John and his band always deliver and we're looking forward to another night of hot jazz.

The personnel include: bandleader, John Maddocks, clt, sop, tn & alto sax; Peter Wilkinson, tpt; Chris Gower, tbn; Peter McCurrie, str bass & tuba; John Hall, drums; George Skidmore, bjo & gtr and Chris Satterly, pno.
